When people say, 'I couldn't foster because it would be to hard to give a dog up' We say 'How can it be harder than knowing a dog died because no foster home stepped up?' and that's why we do it time and time again.
A Dog's Prayer: "Treat me kindly, my beloved friend, for no heart in the entire world is more grateful for your kindness than mine. Don't be angry with me for long, and don't lock me up as punishment. After all, you have your job, your friends and your entertainment. I only have you."

Puppy Love...here we grow again

Well, it's been awhile since I posted my last post about introducing you to our latest foster additions...well..wait no more...here they are...my little bundles of joy....introducing...

For those of you who are wondering what breed(s) they are, well wait for it................
Great Dane/Newfoundland/Lab x
Now that the shock has worn off (almost), please have a look at all the pictures of these beautifully stunning pups and consider giving one a forever home; a home which they are so deserving to have, especially given their sad situation and what might have happened to them had Animal Rescue Corps. and LOYAL Rescue not stepped in. I do not even want to think about what their fate might have been had they not come into rescue.  A HUGE Thank You to ARC and LOYAL Rescue for offering these babies a second chance at a life; a life that is still very young.

I will explain in more detail in my next post about where these pups came from and exactly how they came about coming to LOYAL Rescue and into our home and our hearts.

My apologies for the delay in telling you all about our latest adventures in fostering.  As you can imagine, it's a LOT of work taking care of 8 newborn pups with no mom, so I have had to step into the role of 'mom' and do everything (almost) that she would do. Bottle feeding all 8 pups every 3 hours or so is no easy task at the best of times, not to mention the clean up..and ohh the messes they make.  The pups are now slowly starting on solids to supplement their puppy formula, so hopefully this will free up more time for me to keep everyone updated more regularly on how they are doing. I will be posting many more pictures in the days and weeks to come on the pups and their progress as they grow.

Please view the following VIDEO to learn more about where these foster babies came from; to better understand just how important it was that they came into RESCUE.  YOU are their hope for a life and  future.  Thank You again from the bottom of ALL our Hearts for wanting to give them a chance.

To apply for one of these sweet little (soon to be GIANT) Angels, you can apply directly online at LOYAL'S website.

Thank YOU to everyone from Ontario and the U.S. who have expressed an interest in wanting to adopt one of these foster babies; we're just so thrilled with the outpouring of love and support for all of these babies!!  We are so grateful to each and everyone of you! Thank YOU.

More updated pictures to come very soon, so stay tuned.
